    Hi ,I am just wandering if anyone’s ra started with stabbing pain under rib cage,and upper abdomen radiating through to back for 6 hours on kitchen floor
    Followed by the next week with severe pain in throat not being able to eat solids took 8 months to feel normal again
    Dr told me 8years ago that it was gallbladder and reflux ,which at the time I did not respond to antacid tablets or removal of gallbladder
    To this day I am still suffering not only with stiffness under rib cage but other arthritic symptoms
    Severe ibs and eye irratation
    So particularly I would like to know if it is possible for ra to present like this at onset of illness thank you
