This post is still as meaningful today as it was when you wrote it, and it’s really inspiring to see how you have developed as a blogger Kelly!!
When exactly did you start blogging?
Healthy hugs from Anna 🙂
This will be 2 yrs old May 17th. I was researching & writing up some things for a few months, but I never wrote a blog before that. I just sat down and actually typed into the text template on Blogger that day because I couldn’t wait another minute. So funny I wrote about patience! LOL. And I didn’t even think of writing it in Word & pasting or saving it. Thanks so much for reading. I think you are the first comment on the blog now. ♥
I wish I had the time to read EVERYTHING you have posted here on your site, and ALL the blog entries – you truly have an amazing talent for getting down relevant info into a concise manner and tackling it with grace and finesse!!!
Thank you for doing all this hard work – If I can stay awake the next few days and catch up – I’ll try to!!!
I’m back where I was yesterday – here. It made me think about how you feel 2 years on compared to when you first started this?
In some ways I wonder if you feel the same at times – just with a whole heap more knowledge and understanding of RA and a ton more friends and support from your warriors.
Knowledge is power, but it can seem to make that hill just that bit taller some days than others.
No matter what I read on your blog, and I do every day if I write or not. Whether I’ve read it before or not – I always see something new and learn a smidgen more each time.
I sense a certain quietness today Kelly
Hugs

omg Kelly – I wrote a reply above on 4/5/11 – and just “realized” now that you wrote your first blog post on 5/17!!! Well that is mine and my husband’s wedding anniversary – if anyone has learned patience in 31+ years, it is us! May your patience (and patients lol) live forever!!!
I decided to go back to the beginning of the blog and read some of your posts from the early days. I’m so glad to have found you! You are exactly what the world of RA needs; someone who is intelligent, insightful, informed, and so committed to helping others live a better life. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 🙂
KELLY, THANKS AGAIN FOR SHARING YOUR BLOG WITH US ALL, I FEEL LIKE THE PEOPLE ON HERE TRULY UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER. IT’S SO AWESOME TO BE UNDERSTOOD AND NOT MADE FUN OF, OR THOUGHT TO BE LAZY OR CRAZY. JUST LAST NIGHT I WAS CRYING FROM THE SEVERE PAIN AFTER AN EVENING AT WORK, I PRAYED FOR 5 MINUTES OF PAIN FREE TIME. I FELT DUMP CRYING THIS WHILETRYING TO DRIVE HOME. THEN TODAY I SAW ON THIS BLOG THAT SOMEONE ELSE PRAYED FOR 10 MINUTES, AHHH UNDERSTANDING, A PERSON WITHOUT RA WOULDN’T GET IT.
Rebecca, I also feel blessed that you’re reading and I’m not alone. This post is very special because it is the first one I ever wrote – after months of wanting to start the blog & no knowing how & thinking it would be impossible. I just started writing this that day because I couldn’t hold it in any longer.
Nope you’re not lazy or crazy & it doesn’t matter who thinks so – we know it’s real.
The pain just never goes away. Somedays are worst then others. But, by the Grace of God..Im still walking, still working and Im also able to do my garden. This makes me very happy….I try to keep positive and yes pray everyday to keep going. This website has helped me too knowing that people with the same thing I have understand. I feel truly feel very good about this.
