WEGO Health Chronic Pain Webinar & Hoodie Contest Winner
What’s this WEGO Health webinar?
I’ve been invited to a special event and I’d like to invite you to come along with me! Next Monday, November 22nd at 8pm EST, WEGO Health will hold a webinar (online seminar) called “Continuing Health Activism with Chronic Pain.” The webinar is organized and moderated by Amanda Dolan at WEGO Health. Amanda is delightful – funny and bright – so I know it will be a fun time even with a tricky topic.
Also joining Amanda will be Amy of Unavitabella and Julia of Reasonably Well Julia. I can’t wait to talk with these awesome ladies and hear what they have to share about their personal experiences with chronic pain and health activism. I really hope lots of RA Warriors will be there too!
What are we going to talk about at the webinar?
We are going to talk about being health activists while living with chronic pain. How is it possible to advocate for others while being in pain? How can we build positive community when everyone is hurting? How does everyone keep focused and remain constructive while still speaking honestly about pain? There will be an exclusive Q&A portion featuring your questions.
Get all the details here on the WEGO Health blog. You can RSVP here, but if you don’t, you can still listen in. If you have any questions that you would like raised during the discussion, please suggest them in a comment here.

Never been more supportive of a function in my life. But that’s cause I have chronic pain (vested interest). I would like to see the Chronic Pain community develop a twibbon for the cause. Any recommendations or suggestions? Also, we need a national spokesperson advocate for the cause. Kelly would be ideal, but can she manage two Advocacy groups?
For those interested in the webinar – if you’re not already a member of WEGO Health, the link will say that the event is full. IT IS NOT FULL however! Please, come and join us!!
All registered for the WEGO!!
Wonderful, Kim. I hope lots of people come.
Hi Kelly!
I’m really honored to be a part of the upcoming webinar and I look forward to learning from you and Julia as we all share! Just wanted to let you know how lucky I feel to know you.
Amy
Amy, it has been so good to get to meet you over the phone & it was much easier to think of doing this when I realized you were on board. So, I know it will be “fun” even though what brings us together is not.
